IBEW Local Union 363 Adopts Picketing Procedure

On November 22, 2011 at our regular union meeting, we discussed the procedure that will be used by the local union to supply picket lines or hand billing demonstrations beginning in January 2012. It is the policy of Local Union 363 that the Business Manager must devise a fair and equitable method to accomplish this. This procedure is the fairest way to ask all members of the union - employed or not employed - to take their turn when it comes up and help out with the struggle we face every day to maintain our standard of living for the electrical workers.
