ATTENTION ALL RETIREE CLUBS AND MEMBERS
IBEW Local 363 needs your help. We want to show our current members pictures of the past events that we had and the job site pictures from the good old days. Everyone always enjoys looking back and reminiscing. Iit is important for our current members to know that there have been many years of struggle, happiness and Brotherhood throughout the years and that over a long career the IBEW way is the best way.
We are also looking for you to put your pens or keyboards to paper and tell our current memebers about your times in the IBEW.

Subject: Pictures
We are looking to collect jobsite, clambake and/or dinner dance pictures from years past from each Retiree Club of IBEW Local 363. There are many old pictures out there from our past that deserve to be seen by our new members.
We are requesting each club to coordinate collecting your pictures from your club members and putting them on a disk or a thumb drive. Please get the pictures/ disks/ thumb drives down to us at the union hall by November 1st to be included in the first batch.

Subject: Testimonials to the IBEW and Local 363
We are also looking for some testimonials from our retirees on how the IBEW Local 363 is a good choice for someone entering the electrical contracting industry as an electrician. Or just about being in the union or being union. Tell them what you see now - looking back.
We want people to hear from those who have had a full career with the union and have gone through the good and bad times.
The new members need to hear those things from you and they don't get the chance to do these things on the job like could once happen.

Subject: Advice to Younger Members
We are looking for our retirees to submit some words of wisdom to our younger members about things they should know - let's call them survival tips. Let them know what you have seen and some of the mistakes you have seen others do and also tell of the success stories of those who worked hard.
We also want a particular subject touched on the most:

The younger members and some older ones need to hear the past talk to them.
